Delete Your CopyMart Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your CopyMart account and associated data.

How to request deletion

Option A: In the app or website, go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account and confirm.

Option B: Send an email from the email registered on your account to info@copymart.qa with the subject "Delete my account". We process the request within 30 days.

Data that will be deleted

Name, email address, phone number, delivery addresses, location data, uploaded files and documents, saved preferences, and the account profile.

Data that may be retained

Order and invoice records required for accounting and legal purposes may be retained for up to 12 months and then deleted.

Timeline & Contact

Deletion of eligible personal data is completed within 30 days of the request.
